Services
Supported Living Coaching
Our Supported Living Coach Service provides people with intellectual disabilities an opportunity to achieve independence while living in their own homes in the community. The Supported Living Coaches and Personal Support Staff work together to provide services based on each Individual’s unique need and personal goals. They assist the people we serve to develop and implement a plan geared toward achieving their individualized goals. Supported Living Services promotes, teaches and encourages Individuals to live a healthy and meaningful lifestyle and to maximize their individual abilities while living as independently as possible. We focus on health, safety and welfare while achieving steps towards growing independence.
Personal Support, Companion and Respite Services
Our caregivers can assist you with daily tasks such as mobility, eating, exercising, household care, shopping skills, and grooming. Our experienced and highly trained caregivers provide the highest quality of care to both patients and their families. Our goal is to help individuals and their loved ones live happy and fulfilling lives.
Supported Employment Coaching
Working with a wide variety of employers the Supported Employment program is designed to provide both gainful and meaningful employment opportunities within the community for people with intellectual disabilities.
Supported Employment then helps each client to maintain competitive employment through a variety of methods, such as ongoing specialized training, individually tailored supervision, assistive technology and transportation services.
Transportation
EPI offers safe and reliable transportation services to individuals with Med-waiver funding.
Representative Payee Services
Please ask for more information if you need assistance managing your disability funds. This is another service that can help ensure health, safety and welfare are maintained.
